Toyota Boshoku Mississippi is an automotive interior components manufacturer supplying directly to Toyota assembly plants. Their IT team manages the integrations between shop floor systems, PLCs and plant infrastructure. When one of those breaks at 11pm on a Saturday, a line stops.
