Get Immediate and Helpful Indicators
- The alert type or reason, for example: “2nd Quality Check Failure”
- The line or station where the alert occurred
- The time the alert was triggered
- Additional details such as the downtime reason or which quality check specification failed
Various Scenarios Can Trigger an Alert:
- A critical machine has been down for more than 10 minutes
- A machine has faulted 5 times in the last hour
- Two quality check failures in a row (with details on which specification failed)
- Maintenance has been called to a specific machine
- A cell has gone more than two hours without completing its hourly quality checks
- A process variable is outside its control limit
