VISUAL INSPECTION
Our Visual Inspection module is perfect for manufacturing environments where the visible quality of a product is critical. When your product reaches the inspection station, inspectors will see the exact location where the defect occurred and decide if it can be repaired or if the product has to be rejected.
Our detailed reporting system uses a Pareto chart of your most common defect types, then layers on top of that a scatter plot of defect types using images of your product. This highly informative tool allows you to see how many of each type of defect you have experienced and where on the part the defects typically occur.

- View the product from different angles (top/bottom/front/side)
- Track both component and sub-component defects
- See the types of defects and where they commonly occur, with a scatter plot overlaid on an image of the product
- Collect data on where defects occurs and the frequency
View Product & Indicate Defect
- An image of the product appears on the operator’s screen
- The operator simply touches the area on the screen to indicate where they see the visual defect
- A decision can then be made whether to repair or reject the product
