Downtime Reason Code Entry
Accurate downtime information is essential for improving shop floor efficiency. Using the 10in6 Downtime Reason Code Entry portion of the Operator Interface allows you to quickly categorize your downtime with reason codes tailored to each area of your plant. This quick video live from the 10in6 Production Control Board will show you how.
1) Click on your stoppage or downtime in a list of all stoppages.
2) Using the simple, built-in Reason Code Editor, add a multi-levelled Reason Code Description such as: Maintenance / Cleaning.
3) Click on save! It’s that quick and easy.
All the Downtime Reason Codes are configured for your shop floor based on plant, area or even machine.
